I was hesitant about ordering the large in these since I sometimes need XL from yandy. I am 5'4, 132lbs muscular athletic build. However, according to the measurements, a large in this style would actually be a little loose. They ended up fitting great! The skinnier straps don't hug tight so they look great. I like this different style a lot
