The costume was cute and

The costume was cute and it was a hit! It fit well on top and bottom. I only gave 4 stars because I hated the hat. It was a floppy felt material that reminded me more of a cat it the hat type hat vs a top hat. It arrived timely. I’d wear it again in a few years but with a different hat😉
