I wear 14 jeans /mediums or large in everything. Runs a little small if you are full in the middle. Thick thighs from working out & is rolls there a little. I have a defined waist & curves, but due to large weight loss; some extra skin. It's a little tight, no gaping spots, but snug in the torso. He never notice cause he was drooling. Told me to put it on anytime we ever had a fight - haha! He loved the butt flap, but felt like is should have a snap crotch too LOL.
